We had a great experience with RJS who built our extension in 2020. They have a high level of experience and competence, and project-managed the trades, materials supply and scheduling so well that the project finished on time despite the challenges of the pandemic. The guys were fun to have around but were respectful of the property and considerate of our home working. We would absolutely recommend them.

"We have worked with RJS on multiple projects over the last 5 years. The first was on a major extension, renovation and modernisation of our home. These works have included major external structural additions incorporating complex steel and roof glass work, roof reconstruction, reconfiguring of existing rooms, plumbing, electrical work and all lighting and underfloor heating and main boiler replacement. A new kitchen was also designed and fitted. RJS have also designed and build a large brick and tile outbuilding as well as reconfigured all our external patios, planting borders and garden lighting. All of these projects have been quite complex, necessitated creative design and creative approaches to deliver the overall vision at the right level of quality and to budget. RJS have been transparent throughout the design and build process and have challenged us to stretch our thinking in key areas to improve the overall outcome and challenged us to reduce costs in areas which mattered less. Their approach is very collaborative, very flexible and they are really good to work with. The most important thing though is their unremitting standards for quality. The output has been amazing and when something was not as they wanted it they fixed it before we even noticed it. Trusting a quality team with our home was so important to us and RJS have never let us down. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
