Bespoke Oak Frame Single Storey Rear Dining room with Oak Doors and Windows. This was a high spec project with Jim Lawrence fittings and Kersaint Cob Flooring. The extension also has a Aluminium Roof Lantern. Externally the patio area comprises of curved brickwork, Oak sleeper Retaining Walls and a large Indian sandstone patio. We have received some very welcoming comments on this build including one from Local Authority stating it was one of the best they had seen that year.
